Ernst & Young seeks to “build a better working world” and to Steve Payne, that means starting with our youth. That is why for the last several years Steve has supported Kiawah Cares’s mission through the Made with Love program - offering a generous donation to support the work they do. This donation aims to help promote creative problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking and entrepreneurship in the Made with Love Star Reader program, awarded to two readers in each class/grade at the three area elementary schools. 

“Whether by helping clients to reframe their futures, or by supporting schools in my hometown in South Carolina with better resources and enhanced programs of study, I believe building a better working world starts with advising tomorrow’s leaders. Steve retires from EY this week - we thank him and EY for their continued support, generosity, and drive to help improve our community through meaningful work.
